Possibly it is the combined experience in project development, investment management and corporate finance and restructuring and workout of property financing respectfully, drawn in executive positions at banks, in financial advisory and in real estate companies as well.

My role is in the intersection of a financial advisor, consultant and strategist.

I consider every situation unbiased without renouncing existing assets. Gain access to diverse courses of action. Increase the range of measures to make achievements more likely. Buy time where consistent acting is key with a dual or multi track approach. Enable to pursuit strategies variable to succeed.

In strategic matters I give orientation and encourage to look ahead to new opportunities with enthusiasm for the digital age.

I assume a temporary leading role. Direct projects and parts of projects with hands-on experience including experience in corporate management. With knowledge that I will pass on. Confident in communicating with supervisory and decision-making bodies.

I work for the risk and restructuring devisions of banks with an exposure of commercial real estate financing from 5 Mrd. €. Although with alternative lenders with a loan portfolio more than 200 Mio. € or single situations with an exposure at default (EaD) from 7,5 Mio. €.

Further more with SMEs project developers and asset managers with asset under management (AuMs) more than 100 Mio. €.

Generally with opportunistic investors and investment managers with AuMs from 100 Mio. €.

I do. Basically although in global markets given to my background and experiences. However the focus lays in the key markets of continental Europe and the UK.

I can’t guarantee to succeed. However I can make it more likely with an unbiased value proposition.

The remuneration depends generally on the expected effort and scope. It consists in any case of a fixed fee and an additional success component. Best to avoid a conflict of interest and to offer an incentive for an outstanding dedication.
